Holiday Questions

Can I choose the start date of my subscription?: Yes, you can sign up for a subscription today and select a different month in which you’d like your subscription to begin.

After choosing the type of subscription that you'd like to purchase, there will be an option to select the Gift Start Month in the "Personalize It" section.

Click "edit" to the right of "Gift Starts". Select the month of your choice from the drop-down box. Your subscription will automatically activate on the 1st of that month.
Can I get the first crate of the subscription shipped to me?: Yes. At the top of the "Shipping" section, select the "Ship the first crate to my billing address and following crates to this shipping address" option.

This is a great option if you are going to see the gift recipient in person over the holidays! Don't worry, we won't ruin the surprise; the second crate will be delivered to the gift recipient's address after Christmas.
When will my order ship? When will it arrive?: All orders shipped after December 20 will arrive after December 24. If you need something to put under the tree, print a notecard or a mini crate or get a gift card.
